The Liberal Catholic worldwide Church is governed by the General Episcopal Synod,
headed by the Presiding Bishop, William S.H. Downey, and divided into geographical
provinces throughout the world.
It is an independent and self governing body.
This Church aims at combining the traditional form of worship - with
its stately ritual, its deep mysticism and its abiding witness to the reality of sacramental
grace - with the widest measure of intellectual liberty and respect for the individual
conscience.
Visitors are warmly welcomed, especially those who are sincerely searching for a different way of thinking.
We are non-authoritarian and respect individual choice. We offer the sacrament to all sincere people who reverently approach our altar.
